The purpose of our phone call is to learn about your needs and provide you with as much information as is helpful. This call usually lasts 45-60 minutes. During our conversation, we’ll ask some questions, confirm your wishes for a natural burial, and outline the next steps together.

Helpful to prepare in advance:

• Name of the person who wishes to be buried at Reflection Park.

• Date of birth and date of death (if known).

• Name of next of kin, their relationship, and their contact information.

• Name and contact information of funeral provider.

• Preferred burial date (we require a minimum of 24 hours notice)

Before the burial, we will schedule a visit to Reflection Park for a walkthrough. During this visit, we’ll confirm the grave space, begin shaping the burial service, finalize the necessary agreements, and answer any remaining questions. The visit typically lasts an hour.

Helpful to consider in advance:

• Approximate number of guests

• Casket or shroud preference

• Number of pallbearers

• Choice of celebrant

• Whether you would like to reserve adjacent plots

On the day of the burial, our team will guide you and your guests through each part of the ceremony with care.
