What To Expect

Format

• An in-depth presentation of Reflection Park, typically lasting 60-90 minutes, including:

  • How Reflection Park came to be

  • What natural burial looks like

  • How to make advance arrangements

  • How we work with funeral homes

  • Options for burial arrangements and their costs

  • Questions and answers

• We provide written materials to take with you.

• After the formal presentation, we invite you to explore the grounds at your own pace on a self-guided walk through the burial areas, hiking trail, and other features of the Park.

Setting

• Open Houses take place outdoors, rain or shine, though in the event of severe weather we’ll reach out to reschedule.,

• We’ll have tents set up in the event of rain. For cold weather, we’ll have space heaters and hand warmers.

• We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes for natural terrain and some uneven ground.

• We also recommend a hat and sunscreen for sunny days and dressing in layers for colder days.
