A large specimen tree (5-6” in diameter) is planted near Reflection Park’s entrance, along the internal road, or in other areas of the Park. A 6”x4” memorial plaque is staked in the ground next to the tree. A well-established, native specimen tree will provide significant shade and instant landscape presence, often 24-30 feet tall, meaning it's well past its youth and providing immediate benefits. Cost includes installation of the tree, year-long warranty and watering for a year by the landscape company who installs it, and the memorial plaque.
